I have been blessed with an awareness of health and well being since my beginning. From the moment I was received into the world of form my father instilled in me the gift of touch by massaging me from head to toe. That, coupled with my mother’s fascination with “food as medicine" influenced my relationship with my physical structure from an early age,  supported my innate passion for movement, exercise as an art form, and inspired expression. The earth became my playground and a platform for physical fitness. At the forefront of my experience and exploration was cultivating a spiritual connection to the divine earth elements through surfing, dance, yoga and training.​As an embodied being, I utilize free-form movement, authentic dance, jovial play, and more as an interwoven blend of healing art modalities. A medicine basket for inspiration, activation, transmutation, and celebration!​The purpose of this work and my intentions are to empower you, to ignite your remembrance of the all-encompassing unity, connection and wisdom that dwells within us and all around. I invite you to drop back into your roots, tap in to the truth of who you are, to honor and heal our life-sustaining planet, and all that is sacred.
